This Bright Orange sequin lycra material is the base of this beautifully created One piece dress is made for the 18" Doll such as the American Girl.  This dress is a one piece with easy on and off velvet closure in the back.  The dress has a two layer skirt.  One layer is white netting and the other is bright Orange.
